EPDM (Ethylene-Propylene-Diene-Monomer) is a synthetic rubber widely used for roofing. It has a lifespan of 50 years or more and requires little maintenance. EPDM is resistant to UV radiation, ozone and extreme weather conditions, and it is easy to install. In addition, it is environmentally friendly.

Roofing, or bitumen roofing, is a popular and affordable choice for flat roofs. Made from petroleum with polyester or glass fleece, this material lasts more than 30 years and is waterproof. The addition of synthetic fibres has greatly improved the quality, making the roof more flexible and weather-resistant. Despite competition from materials such as EPDM, roofing remains an excellent choice because of its superior quality and price.
